Jean Mode - Vision of Beauty: Vintage 8x10 photo dated 19 November 1939
This photo was used to produce a newspaper ad for Jean appearing at Harry’s New York Bar located at 400 Wabash Avenue Chicago, IL. The bar was managed by Pete Penovich, who had been the gambling boss for Al Capone. In fact, Pete Penovich was one of the star witnesses in Capone’s trial.
